In summer 2016 I arrived in Saigon and started teaching at the IGSHCMC (International German School Ho Chi Minh City). Soon I was conducting a woodworking workshop as ASA - after school activity. The more we learned about wood and tools, the more the idea of a treehouse at the school property became a reality. And of course I had my experience from the Hofkoh treehouse project.

The neighboring ISHCMC (International School HCMC) borrowed us a rotating saw and other tools, so our project made great progress.
